We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Dua Gems. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. We cannot accept returns of items that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@splendidstones.co.uk to request a return.
  2. Pack the item in its original packaging and send it back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the item is delivered to us safely.
  3. Once we receive the item and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for an exchange. All exchanged items must be in their original condition and packaging. We cannot accept exchanges of items that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way.

  3. Once we receive the item and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will send you the exchanged item. Please note that shipping costs for the exchanged item are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to arrange for a return or exchange. We will cover the cost of return shipping and send you a replacement item.

Please note that custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
